Two years ago, I decided I was too heavy so started counting calories using the app Lose-It. I even got a premium membership.
And yes, I was successful – dropped just over thirty pounds from 220 down into the high 180’s in three months. I earned a serious “attaboy” on that one.
But then, but then…
The weight crept back on. Bit by bit. Even though I was watching the calories and working out by gardening, swimming and walking, I put ten pounds on last year to bring me into the 190’s. I was not impressed. Not at all. Just before Christmas, I could see 200 straight ahead and there lay danger.

I wandered over to the Bulletproof Executive and started reading the blog and listening to the podcasts
There’s a lot there to summarize but let me simply say that I started Both “The Coffee” and “The Diet”
One week in – minus 4 pounds and I’m eating almost everything I want. Well, ice cream isn’t on the list (except in moderation and who can eat ice cream in moderation?)
That pretty much covers the waterfront.
I feel better and look better (well, it was hard to look better given how good I looked before but you understand I’m sure) ????
